Eggs for Easter, Finally...

I'm not sure why, but there are two (quite popular) holiday traditions that I really just don't enjoy. I really wish that I liked them, but I just can't make myself... carving pumpkins and dying eggs.  I know, I know... who doesn't like these quintessential American pastimes?  I think there is something wrong with me.  

Usually there are so many other holiday activities that I would rather facilitate, that carving and dying just sort of get "forgotten".  But every once in awhile, I give in and let my kids enjoy having a normal Halloween or Easter.  This year was one of those times...
